2. Technical Supports

There are 3 possible channels to obtain technical supports.

1. Community Forum Use of the community forum (//www.aimagin.com/forum) is highly encouraged for exchanges of ideas and supports.

3. On occasions, we do provide live remote support via Teamviewer, which can also be used to join our online tutorial sessions (online meeting session).  Teamviewer affords the ability to chat, conference online via Voice over IP, and remote control a PC free of charge. Download and use Teamviewer now by clicking on the button below.

 

3. How to Purchase

For most customers, we recommend ordering online. It is secure, simple, and fast.  To order, just follow the following steps.

4. Online Order Status Information

When you place an order online, it will enter through a series of steps during fulfillment.

Pending – The order has been placed and awaiting payment.

Processing – The order has been paid and awaiting shipment.

Complete – Your order has been shipped.

Other additional status

Cancel – Your order has been cancelled.

On hold – Your order is awaiting further clarification.

Normally, we process all orders received for a day at 15:00 Bangkok time (GMT + 7). So if we receive your order before 15:00, your order will be shipped in the evening. This means, for customers in Thailand, you will receive your order the next day.

2. Pay Pal via Aimagin Online Store

3. Credit cards via Aimagin Online Store (You do NOT need to have a Pay Pal account to make a credit card payment, even though, the credit card payment is via Paypal Service.

To make a credit card payment, select Pay Pal as Payment Method. You will be re-directed to Pay Pal website. Then select "Don't have a PayPal account?". Fill in your credit card details and proceed as shown to the right.

6. Tax, Custom, and Shipping

All orders with a billing address in Thailand is subjected to 7% VAT.

There are a few options for shipping. (Actual delivery time may vary due to unforseenable circumstances e.g. Custom Clearances.)

DHL Express Worldwide Service.
1 - 2 Days for destinations in Thailand. 
2 - 4 Days for destinations outside Thailand.
This service is a door to door service.(No need to go to the post office when no body is at home or in office and the package is due for delivery. DHL staff will call you on the phone prior to making delivery.)
For customers in Russia, DHL can only make shipment to corporate address and NOT a personnal address.

EMS

Letter Air
15 - 30 Days for destinations outside Thailand.
This service is only available for package weight no more than 2 kilograms.
This service is NOT door to door and is available in a few countries. If your country is not listed please contact us to confirm the availability and shipping cost.

After an order has been placed and paid for, all in-stock orders will be processed and shipped, usually, within 24 hours.

You will be emailed with a tracking number to track your order shipping status online.

We cannot be held responsible for damage, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will help file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim.

Actual Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimate before checkout, please add the items you intend to order to your cart, and then enter your destination to get a shipping estimate and click ‘Get a quote’ button.

An international shipping quote, shown on the website, does not include any customs, duties, taxes or other fees that may be charged by your government and its agencies. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of customers. We are not responsible for any extra charge once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.

7. Terms and Conditions

7.1 General

  1. Aimagin reserves the right to make corrections, modifications, enhancements, improvements, and other changes to its products and services at any time and to discontinue any of its product or service without notice.
  2. Customers should obtain the latest relevant information before placing orders and should verify that such information is current and complete. All products are sold subject to Aimagins' terms and conditions.
  3. Aimagin warrants performance of its products to the specifications applicable at the time of sale in accordance with Aimagins' standard warranty. Testing and other quality control techniques are used to the extent Aimagin deems necessary to support this warranty. Except where mandated by government requirements, testing of all parameters of each product is not necessarily performed.
  4. Aimagin assumes no liability for the use of Aimagin’s products in any applications or end uses. Customers are responsible for their products and applications. To minimize the risks associated with customer products and applications, customers should provide adequate design and operating safeguards.

7.2 Warranty

If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Any report problems with an order shipped more than 30 days cannot be serviced.
  • All merchandise return for a refund or credit must be in 14 days in new, resalable condition. Please see our Return Policy for further information.

7.3 Return Policy

7.3.1 Item Damaged in Transit

If your item has been damaged during its journey to you and it is clearly damaged upon receipt, please contact help@aimagin.com about a replacement and be sure to include your purchase order number.  This category also applies to items that have not been used, or powered in any way.

7.3.2 Wrong or Unneeded Items

If you order wrong or unneeded items, which:

  • Has not been soldered to, or modified in any way.
  • Has not been powered, or reprogrammed.
  • Is in new condition.

You may return the unmodified items within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, items will incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any return of product purchased more than 6 months ago. Additionally, the following conditions apply:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns on items that have new version releases.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
  • All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized by Technical Support.
  • All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. This includes any In-Circuit-Serial-Programming cables. Separate items such as serial cables and metal risers should not be included.
  • With your return please enclose the original receipt or a copy of your Return Authorization email.
  • Items not purchased directly from Aimagin must be returned to the distributor you originally purchased from.

7.3.3 Modified or Defective Item

If your item has been modified, soldered to, powered, and in general is no longer in "new" condition and you are concerned that your item is defective and would like to send the item in for testing/inspection you will need to contact Technical Support at help@aimagin.com for authorization of your return. Eligibility for return of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis. We are very sorry, but we can not guarantee eligibility for modified items.

  • Items not purchased directly from Aimagin must be return to the distributor you originally purchased from.
  • All returns of modified items must be authorized by Technical Support.
  • Items that are sent back to us without a Return Authorization can not be processed.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns on items that have new version releases.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
  • All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. This includes any In-Circuit-Serial-Programming cables. Separate items such as serial cables and metal risers should not be included.

7.4 Tax and Duties

The invoiced charges do not include any customs, duties, taxes or other fees that may be charged by your government and its agencies outside Thailand. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of customers. We are not responsible for any extra charge once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.

An End of Life state of a product means that it is no longer manufactured. Limited support is still available for previously purchased products.
