- The company has a policy of 30-day warranty from the date on the receipt. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects
- This warranty does not cover loss, damage, malfunction, breakdown or any other case arising out of or related with (1) accident, (2) negligence, (3) force majeure, (4) misapplication, (5) use error (6) modification/repair by unauthorized person (7) wear and tear, (8) accessories (such as battery or charging cable, etc.) or software, (9) removal or loss of the product’s serial number.
- The company shall not be held responsible for indirect damage such as economic damage, including loss of profit, or business opportunities, or loss/deletion/modification of data, software or information.
- In case you have purchased the incorrect product or has misunderstandings pertaining to the product, you shall notify the company prior to shipping of the product. Failure to do so means the company shall not be responsible for returning cost in any case.
- The company shall replace the product in case of damage to, or failure of, the product itself.
- If you purchase the product from the company, later discover problems with the product, and want a refund, the company shall inspect compliance with terms of this warranty, and the company’s decision shall be deemed final.
- You shall bear risk and damage to your product during return shipment to the company.
- The company reserves the right not to be held responsible for shipping cost for changing/replacement of the product. In case the company has to ship the replacement product to you, you shall be responsible for the shipping cost in any case.
